“Great location easy to access town. On site restaurant and pub. Adjacent to Coles so parking can be busy. Comfortable rooms. Level 1 hallways felt like the carpet had been laid over an unfinished floor very lumpy”
“Room key card does not work. Ring the reception green bell. No one on duty. Automaticaly forward to voice mail.waiting for 3 hours. Cannot get in touch somebody. Move one night to other hotel. No compensation. Terribly bad service. Never stay this hotel. ”

“Pros: Free minibar, helpful staff, have Alexa to play spotify music, bath robes, slippers, spacious bathroom, great shower and you can choose what kinda pillow you need. located in a valley which has almost everything that you would need. close to Brisbane airport which is good for catching morning flight.
Cons: the duvet cover was smelled a bit of wet when we arrived but it was taken care of when we raised the issue. shower gel smells of washing up detergent.”
