“This hotel was exactly as it appeared on the website which is a rarerity these days! Good sized room, super comfy bed, clean and had everything we needed. Having a balcony that looked over the gardens was lovely for enjoying a wine in the evening too. It was the perfect location for us, it was close to everything we needed and the river walk at night was a short distance from the hotel.”

“Overall is good. The location is good for a walk from the kangaroo point to the southbank park and Brisbane town hall. There are restaurants in convenient store nearby. The only thing is the door lock of our room is not working properly. Still I will consider this hotel for my next stay.”

“靠近故事橋 對於不太常開車的人可能會覺得進出不方便 但住在這邊 要往布里斯本市區 還是Sunnybank方向 都很快就到高速公路了 進出都要用磁卡 很安全”

“It is probably the WORST 4-star hotel that I have ever been to. The staff on the night shift was awfully rude - they would tease at you and offer unhelpful opinions. This hotel only provides one bottle of water per stay - it means if you stay in the same room for two days - you would still only get one bottle of water of 300ml. The rooms were dated and dirty. Some of the facilities obviously need some maintenance. The gym was so tiny and the breakfast was not a buffet style.”

“對住宿的整體都好滿意，只係地點交通比較不方便，需要自駕游。 但是對貴公司所提意的Tiger Airline的職員由Brisbane回Sydney，她指我旳手提行李重，但是我地三個人只帶一個約6.5Kg. 我收到你的Email寫明女人手袋及背包都不計在手提行李的重量內，她堅持所有帶上機都要計算。同時我們發覺她只係檢查亞洲人，有種類其事的可能性。我們同佢講理由，她說佢講話係就係，唔好同佢爭拗，希望貴公司向Tiger Airline反映，他們的員工使我以後都不會乘佢哋任何航機。”
