“The owner was exceptionally interactive (in a good way) with me between scheduling and assuming the rental. The rules and such were clearly articulated in advance, and provided not less than 24 hours prior to arrival, and a book was provided with instructions and area familiarization pamphlets. The rental sits on the second floor. A cypher lock made entry and exits an easy task, but auto-locks within 10 seconds of opening making it highly secure for single travelers. “The room was very clean when we checked in. When we went to use the pull out couch and it was broken. Reported it to the company manager and was told “we made a note for the record” couch was never fixed. Four of us had to share a bed.”
