“We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was comfortable, clean, had everything you needed and was in a great location. We enjoyed walking across the street to the lake and up the hill to go the concert next door. We were also a short drive from Weirs Beach. We had great communication and hope to stay there again.”

“The unit was very nice - clean, well furnished with plenty of room. Wish the weather had been a little nicer, but it's spring! The unit is on the ground floor so we found the floors to be extremely cold. Some area rugs might be a nice touch! There are no outlets in the bathrooms, so that was a little inconvenient. Overall, we enjoyed our time in Laconia and the accommodations were fine. ”

“Everything went fine. The check-in process was totally on me. And the only thing was I took it as it was a 2 bedroom, which it ended up being totally fine. I guess if need be the couch pulled out. But it ended up just being 2 of us staying there, so it was all perfect, thanks so much.”

“Peter was a great host. He was very communicative. The unit was super clean and perfect for our family of 4. Convenient location and not sure why so many people complain about the stairs… It wasn’t bad at all. ”

Pros: well kept old house with screened in upper front porch overlooking Meredith bay. Water pressure and hot water were fantastic. Furniture was modern and comfortable. “Great location, cozy condo that served us perfectly. About a half mile to the beach with brewery and ice cream restaurant right around the corner and walkable distance. Had a great four day day.”

“Spacious 1 bedroom condo, very comfortable Queen beds and sofa bed. Beautifully renovated kitchen, family room and bedroom. Bathrooms still need updating (but there were no issues) and it was nice to have 2 full bathrooms. Cannot beat the stunning views!”
