“It is the worst, most expensive, and oldest hotel where I have stayed. The restaurant staff is cold, food variety is very poor, the towel is much older than me, the room door is from last century, the facilities are so simple for the price. It would worth only 1/5 the price they offer.”

“A great experience! With coffee and PDQ at the reception, which makes client feel war! Perfect design of hotel with a lot of practical facilities despite of not being luxurious! The gym is very clean with good maintenance! The checkout time is very flexible and the hotel offers free waters and drinks, which is quite rare! The only disadvantage is the food selection for breakfast. In a word, I enjoyed it a lot!”

“Bad sound isolation, you can hear all the noise from neighbors upstairs, next doors, parties from outside.... Newly remodeled room keeps a strong smell of paint without possibility of opening window to air it up....... The only compensation is the food, how sad experience at such a high price”

“I keep coming back to this hotel because of the good standard, good location and reasonable priced. Breakfast is not worth it in my opinion, you can have better food for less money if you look for places around the hotel. The water pressure in the shower is amazing, best I have experienced in Brazil. The room have a small refrigerator, but no freezer. There is also a small selection of snacks in the room. The staff is polite and helpfull. Will come back again. ”

“I notified the front desk that it was a bad idea to use a fragile plate to hold soap in the bathroom close to the sink edge where it could get wet slip off, fall to the floor and break into sharp pieces that almost cut my foot. I took a picture to show the front desk during check-out. After spending four days and having accident that could have been avoided their response was to charge me a100 multa for a 10 plate that should never have been in the bathroom. I will be sure not to stay there when……

“Ótimo hotel para viagens de negócios e ou eventos, principalemtne se este ocorrerem na região da Gameleira (Expominas) pois tranquilamente dá pra transitar à pé (1km do Expominas). Limpeza é impecável, chuveiro é muito bom e climatização muito boa! Os atendentes são muito receptivos e atendem com muita qualidade. Café da manhã de boa qualidade. Unica coisa que me incomoda um pouco no hotel é que os quartos são relativamente pequenos (no meu caso quarto duplo com duas camas de solteiro), mas no……

É um ótimo hotel, possui piscina e garagem boa. Só irei voltar aos trocarem as camas. (Frequento a pelo menos 10 anos esta propriedade). ”
