“PONTOS POSITIVOS: Hotel com estrutura novinha, recém-inaugurado no início de 2025. Nosso reservado mais parecia um flat, tendo quarto/suíte, além de um lavabo com chuveiro (!!!); assim, eram 2 banheiros ao todo. No ambiente principal havia fogão, geladeira grande, microondas, sofá-cama, mesa grande, pufs. Nem usei, mas havia 2 tevês (sala e suíte). Enfim, acredito que o preço esteja muito aquém neste início, pois pagamos preço de um apto normal na região. Aparentemente, ainda estão funcionando……

“Ótimo tamanho da hospedagem, apartamento bem amplo com dois banheiros, cozinha, sala de estar e jantar. No banheiro tem alguns pontos como box que sai água pra fora. O colchão é um pouco mole demais. Espaço de lazer com piscina e uma bela vista de BH. Bairro ótimo, seguro, com bom comércio perto. Café da manhã ok.”
