“My family of four spent a lovely, quiet weekend at this peaceful oasis. Our hostess was in close contact in response to any questions I had. My husband and I enjoyed kayaking from the dock and our daughters enjoyed roasting hotdogs over the bonfire. I particularly enjoyed sitting on the porch in the mornings with my coffee, listening to the bird song. I gladly recommend this lovely place to anyone.”

“Our family has stayed at this home on the lake twice in the past two years and both times it has been fantastic. The home is furnished with all cooking equipment needed for our large family. We always love our stay here and my kids adore the location. The host was a pleasure to deal with. Very sweet! Definitely will be back. ”

“This was our second time staying at the historical home. This year we had 10 people, last year we had 17 total! There is plenty of space for our family and we love all of the charm and character. The owners are super nice and very responsive. We will definitely be back again! ”

“Cedric’s property was absolutely perfect for our family weekend getaway! Communication was great, they even went out and bought shampoo when we asked if there was any on property. It was perfectly located, 10 minutes from where we were meeting with family. We loved that there were ceiling fans in every room for those hot Kentucky days and nights. The dining room table was spacious enough for 5 of us to eat at and play dominoes! 5 stars all around, we will definitely stay here again when we are……

“To start our family adventure out it was so easy to rent this wonderful house through Vrbo. The owner contacted us in plenty of time before our scheduled arrival. We were given great instructions on what to do at arrival. The home is fully stocked with about anything you might need. The owner has gone above and beyond to stock the home with good quality items. The home is in a quiet historical neighborhood. You can talle nice walks. There are stores within walking distance. It was wonderful……
