“This was our first snowmobile trip to Rangley, it was my 21 year old son and myself. I had reviewed a few other properties and sent messages and from that point on Lisa was the first to respond, and afterwards she was so responsive with any questions I had, I could tell right away that they were great people. The cabin was so clean, very cozy, plenty of towels for showers, and we couldn't believe just how stocked it was with other accommodations,, pots, pans, bake ware, condiments, bathroom……

“Room is fine. There is a combo key pad to get in to the room. The rental agent send the entry code by email. WHICH IDID NOT GET. Luckily a nearby store owner knows the rental agency and gave me the contact number. Almost couldn’t stay there and it was sheer luck I was able to get access to the room ”

“Timber Overlook was exceptionally clean, functional and modern. It provided my family the comfort of home feel while having a nice view of Rangeley Lake. There were several bedrooms so we all got our own sleeping quarters and we could spread out if needed. ”

“Friends gathered to visit and cook and watch the solar eclipse. We were happy with the well-appointed kitchen with plenty of dishes, glassware and adequate cookware. House has beautiful views of the lake and surrounding mountains. After the April snowstorm we had to search for a snow shovel to clear the deck and found a flimsy one, but overall our needs were met more than adequately.”

“The location is great, close to mountain. House is big and has plenty of space for multiple families. Big Dog was amazing, he helped us twice. The fireplace flue was open alowing cold air into the house. He came and closed it. The foreplace doesn't work, smokes too much and flue is not easily operable. Curtains in bathroom shower windows were moldy. The full size bed in the main area bedroom needs a new matress. It has a pit in the middle that you fall into throughout the night. The kitchen……

“The property was very clean and easy to find. We had a good time relaxing by the lake and fires in the evenings. ”

“This vintage cottage was ideal for our family, with grandparents, and our daughter’s family including two 3 year old girls. Very private setting, big yard to run around in, plus a small gravel put -in/ swim area with water toys, life jackets etc. We used the canoe provided, and the paddle boat. Very well equipped kitchen, dining on the enclosed porch seated all six of us, right on the water! Location so convenient to nature trails, trout fishing streams, and town for shopping. A place to sit and……

“This was the second time I've stayed at this property and it did not disappoint. The view is worth a million dollars, secluded yet close to town, direct ATV access, and the inside is beautiful. Could not recommend this property highly enough.”
