The add on to the house is very confusing when it comes to turning on lights and fans, like it is in other rooms to make it happen. It would be great to have instructions. Not all remotes worked in bedrooms for televisions, frustratingA few of the lounge chairs and umbrella holders were rusted and falling apart, could use a little face lift in……

“We spent 3 nights here and enjoyed our stay. The home is newer, with a good modern layout and everything was very comfortable from the living areas to the bed and baths. The management team was extremely responsive to questions and concerns. The home had everything we needed and was well stocked with the basics. The 2nd fridge was a great addition for holding ice/drinks for boat outings. Marina, boat slip and lift were clean, in good order, and relatively convenient in location to the home and……

“Our extended family of 6 ranging from 10 to 75 stayed at the Cottage and all had a wonderful time. Ty is a great host and he and his wife gave us a tour of the property which is absolutely amazing! We were able to feed the giraffes and TANK! My daughter said feeding princess the giraffe was the best experience she had during our week long adventure in Texas! Only wish we would have stayed longer! Thanks Ty for a wonderful time. ”

“The availability of kayaks and paddleboards for our group to use was a nice perk of this property. The weather was perfect for us, so most of our time was spent outside. In the heat of summer, I would imagine the shade over the pool would be great. Since we were enjoying the end part of spring with a cooler day, the temp of the pool was a little cold to enjoy, but we did enjoy the hot tub. All in all, easy to get to, proximity to HEB and other stores was good when needed, and a quiet, relaxing……

“My husband and i really needed a few days away to relax with the dogs. This place could not be more perfect. Beautiful yard, great view of the water and the dock is in great shape. Our dogs loved it and even seemed more relaxed. The kitchen was great, enough room to cook your favorite vacation meals. The place may not be new but it’s super clean and cozy. The bed is extremely comfortable and it was so quiet we slept great. We will be back as soon as possible!”

“This was the cleanest, best equipped house we've stayed at on the water. There were 18 of us and we had plenty of space and wonderful sleeping accommodations. The water was not crowded Monday thru Wednesday, so we enjoyed surfing and jet skis. Also there was ample parking for eight cars. ”
