“房間的牆紙有脫落，床褥太硬，唯一可讚揚的是浴缸是按摩池。 最差的是服務，抱歉是沒有服務。 我致電前台，希望他們幫忙提供碗碟，他們說要我親自去前台領取，因為一些個人原因，我希望他們可以送上房間，我於英國時是完全沒有問題的，但服務員送給我時，用極差的語氣跟我說，如果還有下次的話，會收取我服務費（因為說的很急，我的事情也很急，沒仔細聽清價錢）。 我明白你們有工作制度，但也不能黑臉向客人發難吧，而且我也不是經常麻煩你，只是那一次，整個酒店體驗變得極差。 另外，酒店只適合自駕遊的人士，因為交通極之不便，公共交通基本上一小時只有一班次。”

“接待員不太友善，木無表情，只有兩位侍應早餐處提供友善服務。 所謂河景房，只是房角一處看到。 房間有異味，要開窗及空調除味。 清潔工人求其清理房間，有－次沒有加添清潔液！ 唯一好處只是免費泊車。 城市税好似與 Hotels.com的廣告不相同。”

“The overall of the hotel is great and highly recommended. The only thing need to improve is: shampoo, show gel and hand wash were 3 in 1 and they had been used by previous customer and no one to re-fill whatever in the shower room or the hand wash place outside the toilet. Therefore, please prepare your shower gel and shampoo if you going to choose the hotel.”

“staff is soooo rude. i booked twin beds, but they just gave me a double bed, refused to help me out,said i didnt book twin room. i insisted, they even asked me show my booking.i showed them, they still said no ! untill i asked them show me whats the message that they got from hotel.com, they finally gavet me a twin room with a black face!”

“Got the cosy single room, which was great and more than sufficient for my needs - good sized desk and a some electrical outlets woth built in USB ports. Nice clean bathroom. Would have been good if the late night access could be done with the card - had to wait 10 minutes while the person at the desk was helping a customer.”

“The hotel was not as convenient as thought. In fact, it was a distance fm the main train station. The tram stop was right in front of the hotel but we waited a bit too long for the tram n the return tram stop was not so near n easy to the hotel. Our room didnt hv a sheltered walkway so we were exposed when it rained.”
