"Booked AC room and was given Non AC. Front desk person says AC room costs 2k . They have zero knowledge about app based bookings. According to them if payment of over 2k is received to their account they will give ac room.i am wondering if CX has got discounted price on app they don't care. Food ..."

"I choose this hotel because it was the only hotel close to the BIEC on Hotels.com. Big mistake. This is a local resort, not a hotel. Horrible WiFi, Nothing nearby. They don't even offer a shuttle to the BIEC. Only one restaurant with mediocre food. Tons of mosquitoes. Wedding receptions by the pool ..."
