"I gave a high rating for the staff. I believe her name was Kim. We arrived late after 11pm and had some medical equipment with us, she helped immensely. I really appreciated her sensitivity to our needs. The room was ok, it was quite and clean."

"Excellent location, easy to find. Communication was great. There were a few areas that could have been a bit cleaner. Upstairs linen closet was a mess with sheets literally wadded up and tossed on to shelves. Made us wonder if they were clean. The floor of that closet was super dirty. Not a big deal, ..."
