“The location and neighborhood are old and the area isn’t attractive, but it’s probably the safest in downtown due to its proximity to the large count justice complex across the street. The owners/hosts are in the middle of some major renovations to make the apartments fresh and updated (and they’re lovely). The outside needs a facelift & the parking lot needs tidying, but I have no doubt this will all be done by next year when we come to the CWS next year.”

The floors aren’t complete inside so you’re just walking on unfinished wood. That and some iffy carpeting on the stairs. “I have stayed at this property at least ten times and I have never been disappointed. Each unit has a slightly different layout but all of them are clean and come with all necessary amenities. You don’t hear noise from the roads or neighbors. The location is perfect! We walked to wicked rabbit - the speakeasy bar behind the liquor store - every night. Everything is within a mile of this property. The check in and out process is automated which makes it so easy. The host communicates via……
