“This is a student housing building, where apartments are being rented via an external company based in the UK; there is no lobby or person to ask for help on the premises. You have to pick up a key from a lockbox with a code, etc, which is an additional step. Also, the company requires you to share a photo of your ID in advance or else they threaten cancelling the booking. They sent me a wrong key pickup code once and I had to call a British phone number to get it sorted out. It is all doable,……

“Great loft in a lively downtown atmosphere. The only suggestion would be to have darkening shades and or darkening curtains in the bedrooms with windows. Lots of natural lighting throughout the loft. So having the flexibility to close blinds, etc. would be nice. Would recommend this loft! Manager was timely and reached out. Fantastic location with The Chocolate Bar, Archives Bar, and Big Red Treats all within a short walking distance. ”

“I highly recommend considering the Woolworth Lofts if you plan a trip to Omaha. The Old Market District area is lively and fun, and the Lofts are clean, modern and well-managed. We will look for availability here next time we travel to Omaha. ”

“The apartment was very cute and well decorated, and had the amenities we were hoping were there. However, parking was atrocious. There were a few times we had to park over half a block away. The host was reasonably responsive when we had an issue with the smoke alarms chirping due to a malfunction, and the issue was fixed as soon as possible once contact was made. Overall a good experience, but probably wouldn't stay at this particular location again. ”
