“Great location and amenities!”

“Great atmosphere. The location was very convenient as we had an event at CHI Health. The service was great. The food was great. We used the Skywalk to get to our event, it was below zero so this was very convenient. The parking was easily accessible and the stay was very satisfactory. Would definitely recommend to others!”

“Restaurant was very accommodating and good food. The property was in good condition though our room was a little “tired.” Staff were friendly and always professional. Great location near the riverfront, restaurants, Old Market, museums, galleries. ”

“What a relaxing stay. Valet parked the car and enjoyed the fact everything is right there. On-site restaurant and bar were both; pleasant, upscale, and reasonable. Staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. Staffing is hard these days; so service in restaurant at breakfast was pretty laid back; so was room cleanup. Regardless; I’m still giving 5 stars, because it’s a fine remodel and reimagining of the old Downtown Radisson Redick Hotel. Most don’t retain the full service restaurant……

“Love this hotel. However, they changed their signature scent. If you hadn’t been there before you’d think it was still lovely. For those of us who loved the previous signature (also, how does corporate you just change the signature scent?!?!) scent, it was so disappointing. Staff, as always, absolutely fantastic! Corporate, get a grip!”

“Ok, so I decided to get a room here for 2 nights to do a stay cation with my kids and husband. I booked the king suite with a hottub in the room. It seems like every hotel i find never has a hottub, so i finally found one with it in the room, Bonus!! The hotel itself smells good, overall clean and looks nice. The pool was cool. Plenty of room, it could be warmer since it is -10 and snowing outside but thats my opinion.. The area itself needs major improvements. The celing was falling apart and……

“The only issue I found was not at all a reflection of the hotel or staff. Our room was on the second floor and there was definitely pot smoke in the hallway. To the point we smelled it in our bathroom last night and it lingered around this morning. ”
