“The hotel was obviously remodeled at some point. Still tacky. No elevators, Hot Tub was not available, The A/C in our room wasn't working, no outside windows to cool the room off. The Maintenance guy knocked and walked in our room in the morning and argued with me then came back to yell at us after we called the front desk complaining. He stated that "there isn't supposed to be anybody in this room". Tried to get the manager to call us back and no response. No apology ever. It was made out to be……
