“This cabin was off the beaten path and nestled in the woods. Very nice cabin with all the amenities you could ask for. Definitely needed a 4x4 vehicle crossing the stream. It was still full of ice and snow from the recent storm. Will stay again when in the area. ”

“We come to Madison multiple timea a year and have stayed at several of the area VRBO'S. This is one we will try to repeat! Very clean and comfortable cabin. It is in a little cabin neighborhood that is being built up. It has a wrap around porch that was nice to sit out on. Sam was very helpful and great about communicating with us! Very nice stay!!”

“This cabin was perfect for our annual family getaway without traveling too far from home. The setting in the woods with a short trail walk to a creek with a beautiful waterfall was exactly as described. The cabin was very clean with all the amenities you could ask for. Jackie is a wonderful attentive host! We were excited to see all the birds while sitting on the comfortable front porch. We also saw deer and wild turkey in the adjacent field. Will definitely come back and would like to explore……

“So relaxing and had everything we needed ”

“Very quiet and nice getaway from Gary, Indiana area for kids and adults. We wish we had more time to spend at your property. My son and grandson would like to return during deer hunting. ”

“The cabin was very nice. Clean and had everything that we needed. Very quiet and relaxing which is what we were looking for. Who ever did the remodeling did very nice work. Proximity to Madison and shopping was terrific. The only downfall was a couple of the properties on both sides of the driveway to the cabin were quite unkept. Not the fault of the cabin owners. The house behind the cabin was very nice and well kept.”

“Cabin was relatively secluded, in a pretty location and exactly as described. 5 minutes from downtown Madison Indiana which is a beautiful old river town. Host was exceedingly accommodating and gracious and the property has everything you need. Will definitely book again. ”

“Wonderful place to stay for satellite, watching and fire pits and country living ”

“We were looking for a place in the woods with a cabin and fire pit to do some cooking. The kids loved all the area on the property to explore and the local scene was great. It was close to the river and high enough to see the areas across the property.”

“Our stay at the cabin was great. It was clean, comfortable, and cozy. My 10 year old loved the upstairs nook. Communication with the host was perfect. We were provided with lots of property information ahead of time and the host response was quick when I had a question. The property was beautiful and quiet. We had an entertaining cardinal visitor each day. It was a winding, scenic 30 minute drive to Madison and Clifty Falls State Park. We would highly recommend this property to others!”

“The home was a nicely refurbished older structure just on the east edge of Madison and very near the bridge to Kentucky. The bathrooms were roomy and the bedrooms comfy.If you do rent this house, I don't see how more than four guests could comfortably stay there. Downstairs main area felt cramped at times with 4 adults.The only serious drawback I felt was the driveway of the property. Frankly, it was rather small and felt more like a launching pad given the extreme angle of the entrance and……
