“Log style cabin recently re-done. The cabin was very nice, clean, plenty of space. Nice snowy landscape. Would love to see it in summer or fall when the snow doesn't exist. Bobbie Sue was fantastic to deal with. I would recommend this place to folks spending time in this area.”

“This is our fourth time in Lincoln and our first time at the Pemi Cabins. We previously stayed at hotels (Days Inn, Best Western, etc) and our stay at The Pemi Cabin has been our favorite. We were there for 8 nights. The cabin was cozy and looked recently renovated. We stayed in Cabin 6. We were a bit disappointed that the fireplace in the cabin could not be used; other than that, we loved our stay. The cabin was quiet and the staff we talked with were very friendly. The new owners have kept the ambience authentic while offering clean and comfortable accommodations along the rambling sounds of a winding river. The hosts were attentive and even left an ice pack in the room when I told them that we would like to check in early because my wife had sprained her ankle during our morning snowmobiling. “We loved this house by the pictures. However it seems unfinished to be a guest house for people who ski. There is no place to put or hang any of your ski gear. Making us walk on their hardwood floor seemed not thought out. There is not enough seating in the living room for everyone to sit comfortably or even put down a drink, the deck had more seating but it is winter. There is only 1 heating zone. So we couldn’t use the large room in the basement because it was to cold while the 2nd floor……

“The cabin offered plenty of space for 4 adults and has been updated nicely. The snacks, sodas and fully-stocked keurig coffee station were a nice perk! Location was great, only 10 min drive to Bretton Woods. If it continues to be available for winter rental, some extra blankets and insulation as well as a coat rack would be helpful. It happened to be -11 degrees on our first night and not much warmer the second night. The little wall heater units couldn’t keep up, the floors were freezing, and……

There was a tiny stream right behind which looked beautiful with all the fall colors. The place was closeby to scenic drives and was well equipped with all the essentials. ”
