“Jim’s house is lovely and well appointed! I appreciate the lengths he has gone to in order to be environmentally conscious. He was a gracious host and we appreciated the bottle of wine left on the counter to welcome us. It was a little closer to the interstate than we realized so light sleepers might want earplugs but other than that, it was a great homemade to explore the local wineries! ”

“This is a great house and could easily 5 stars... if it were cleaned and outfitted. The house was dirty... the floors hadn't been vacuumed and we found dried up food and other debris under the bar stools. The refrigerator had spilled food on the shelves and we had to clean those ourselves. All the surfaces inside and outside were obviously dirty, floors hadn't been washed, windows were smudged. While there is a pool that looked OK, the hot tub had a few inches of disgusting moldy green water……
