“For the price of over $300 a night and being next to the Convention Center, it was a little disappointing. The bathroom fan did not work, the electric blinds in the room did not work, and the room was not updated at all. Old tv, microwaves, etc. the lobby was beautiful, the bar, and dining were spectacular, but once you get on that second floor it is a major let down. Very similar to budget motel rooms but a little bigger in size. ”

“Everything was great. Just two things: the jacuzzi water was very cold and a little dirty, and the duvet on one of the beds was dirty. The customer service was excellent, the breakfast delicious and very complete, and the staff very friendly. I recommend it and will definitely return.”

“The only thing we experienced was that there were multiple kids birthday parties at this location and it was very rowdy for the entire time my kids and I were there; we were unable to enjoy the pool area with the constant screaming and horseplay, although the pool area was beautiful, it was insane trying to enjoy our time together while trying not to get shot at by water cannons and hear over the constant curdling screams of children. I’m not joking, there was kids shoving and a big dude slam……
