“Older motel in a farming town. Looks like the owners are keeping everything updated, and clean. I would stay here again, rooms are bigger than your modern chain hotels.”

“I know they are remodeling but materials etc all piled in the hallways. The carpet in our room needed vacuuming and there was no woodwork around the room and bits and pieces of white wallboard that will be covered when finished. The 2nd stay 10 days later was a great room. ”
