“Awesome check in. Expedia didn’t have payment ready and there was issues. The desk manager was awesome. Extremely helpful and patient. Highly recommended property”

“The area is really great to walk to nice restaurants. You are on a beautiful view of the water. The restaurant downstairs just enough to suffice. Any small appetites and the bar staff was amazing in the evening time. The rooms are very comfortable and very clean.”

“I'm not sure why it's a VIP property. I didn't receive anything that would indicate it was VIP. Not a big deal, but didn't feel any different from any other hotel. Also, the gym machines don't have plugs and didn't work. Also, not a big deal, but why have them at all?”

“Enjoyed our stay was alittle bummed that the pool and hot tub was down. But the staff was wonderful ”

“The pet fee was a little excessive, but I get that you take risks when you allow pets. I think my only feedback is that the toilet seat and lid needed to be replaced in our room. otherwise it was very quiet and the bed was nice and access to the pet area was super easy.”

“Overall good stay for convenience, location is right by mall and lots of dining. There’s no gym which was unfortunate but my fault for not noticing prior to booking. The run around the block was nice anyway. ”

“Check in guy was super friendly. He was at the end of his shift and was super tired because he stepped in to help cover. The morning front desk lady was also friendly, especially with the staff. Whenever she walked by coworkers, she greeted them by name. The building itself could use some updating, but not a necessity; just outdated fixtures and older furniture. But it all still worked just fine. The room definitely had dust and dust bunny spots in it. I did kind of giggle that the light……

“The outside of the motel is a bit deceiving but the room was remodeled, neat, clean , king size bed was comfortable. Had a nice refrigerator/feezer, Microwave and coffee pot. And, Price was good. Office staff was very welcoming. Would stay again. ”
