“We had such a relaxing stay. It is tranquil with a private fishing pier. The owners were so helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The perfect place if you are looking to get away from it all!”

“First Let me say we would definitely book this home again. All our issues were minor but worth mentioning the backyard is large and beautiful it just need to be cleaned and some patio furniture, we really just wanted to sit outside since it was so nice in the mornings the yard needs a little more work other than mowing the bush at the front door needs to be trimmed it hides the house number and watch out for the ants piles by the driveway the front entrance needs a little cleaning and sweeping……

“Very private location. Even waterfront is very personal area with a short ride to lake by boat. Good areas to explore by kayak too. Camp is comfortable and clean. Local town has low quality grocery and the Walmart has no grocery at all. It is ok for a meal if you forget something but if you want to cook nice I suggest to bring food with you. Highly recommend property and owner is great at quick response if needed!”

“First Latoya is an amazing host. She was available to answer any question we had. She knew we were in Shreveport for a funeral. She had a lovely sympathy card waiting for us. The kitchen was well stocked. She even had a snack bar.?And Coffee!!!! The house was exactly as pictured. Cozy! Quiet neighborhood. House can hold 6-8 people depending on family sizes that join you. There is a lovely Donut and Coffee place taking a right out of the community and then left at the first light. I would return……

“We went with our family to Shreveport and found it was cheaper to stay here rather than the casinos. So glad we did! So close and easy to get to and fun things to do around the house for non gamblers. Comfy beds and all the amenities you need!!”

“This was a fantastic house for a relaxing getaway. The house was very clean and well stocked with towels. Kitchen was one of the best rental kitchens we have seen and was fully stocked with cookware. The backyard overlooks a small inlet of the lake with lots of pretty Cypress trees. Overall it is a great house in a very peaceful location. We would definitely rent here again. ”

“Great place to stay and kick back. Quiet area on the water. Neighbor told us it is one of the last old cabins in area and the owners have kept the old cabin feel. Few things weren’t working properly but I was able to let owner know and responded quickly. Enough room for boat parking! Boat slip was under water due to recent rain. Will be back if on this side of lake again. ”
