Beautiful Home in Wooded Neighborhood

2000 sq. ft. three-bedroom 2 bath home with sun room located in a quiet neighborhood in the Highlands, easy access to the nearby I-549 Bypass providing an easy way to get to the Bentonville/Rogers area and 2 blocks from the Branchwood facility. This home is strictly Pet Free and Smoke Free. Nightly rates starting at $200 per night. Flat screen TV's thoughout the home. Exterior security camera's are in place viewing the parameter of our home. Spectacular natural beauty surrounds four distinct seasons with each bringing a refreshing new look. Bella Vista is a land of scenery including rivers, lakes and streams accompanied by numerous hiking and bike trails, providing a truly natural experience. Bella Vista features 12 tennis courts in three separate complexes, including courts lighted for play on summer evenings. Bella Vista is a golf haven where you can enjoy six 18-hole and two nine-hole golf courses rated among some of the best in Arkansas. Green fees on all 18-hole golf courses range between $25 to $40 and offer twilight specials throughout the season. Bella Vista boasts some of the best fishing in Northwest Arkansas on eight lakes stocked with bass, catfish, crappie and other pan fish. Beaver Lake and the White River are less than 60 minutes away and provide spectacular striper and trout fishing as well. Three night minimum stay required on Holidays, Special Events, Bikes Blues and BBQ and Craft Fairs.

Wonderful Place To Stay!

This property was perfect for my needs. I'd come to town for a weekend getaway of mountain biking and trail running. I spent many hours on the trail and this was the perfect place to come home to. If you like the idea of being watched while you are on vacation this is the place for you. There are video cameras everywhere including by the master bathroom. Also we found dead crickets every day around the place. The garage door wouldn’t open so we had to do it manually

It was easy to check in. The home was clean. We saw deer in the morning in the backyard. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept. The owners got in contact with me quickly when I had questions. I would absolutely love to stay there again.

Holiday Gathering

We used this house to allow "room" for our adult children who were visiting from other states. They loved having a quiet place with comfortable beds to rest after our family festivities each day. The house was very clean, roomy, and the instructions from the owners were clear and easy to follow. We would gladly use this location again.
