Nice

Only two towels and two wash cloths per bathroom. Other than that, clean and easy to downtown attractions. It was great for our weekend trip. I gave only 4 stars on cleanliness because the couch smelled a little musty and had a few stains. Not bad but seemed to be an easy cleaning job. The beds were comfy! The host responded quickly to any questions I had.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay- was great to be walking distance to downtown Bentonville! Super centrally located to explore all that NWA has to offer. The place is very well appointed- lots of cookware and spices, plenty of trash bags and toilet paper. Comfy beds and great pillows! Check in/check out was a breeze. We would definitely stay again!

The place we stayed was central to great eats and drinks. House was clean and had all the basic needs covered. Host was clear and responsive with directions. Overall just a great experience. Bentonville/Rogers is just a great place for a casual vacation.

Easy access neighborhood close to the historical town square and Crystal Bridges & The Momentary. Great communication with the host and quickly responds. Home is remodeled, nicely decorated and beds are comfy! Double car garage. Older neighborhood is nice for walking around. Bike paths are a short distance to connect. Perfect for the four of us.

Convenient Location to Bentonville activities

We stayed here for Mother’s Day weekend. It was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals. Our only negative was the thermostat kept resetting to a lot warmer temperature throughout the day and night. We all slept a little hot. Overall, cute remodeled home.

Great house in quiet neighborhood

We stayed for over a week in this completely renovated home and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Tony was very responsive and so kind and helpful. The house was stocked with everything we needed, and the variety of cooking spices I've seen at any vacation rental. We would definitely stay here again if we're ever in the area.

Great property

We enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as pictured, but even better than described. The owner thought of everything and beyond, which made our stay even more perfect. The kitchen was stocked with everything from ziplock bags, to coffee pods and tea bags. The property provided extras to make us feel at home. The beds were comfortable. The house was so clean. The only thing that I would have asked for is to have additional towels (hand towels, wash cloths, and bath towels). We ended up going to Walmart to buy additional towels. The owner was responsive, polite, and very pleasant. We come to visit family multiple times a year and usually stay at a hotel. From now on, we will be looking for this rental to stay at.

overall clean and well appointed. very good communication with the owner. one king, 2 queens that were comfortable and a futon that was not as much. nice big sectional with big screen. area is south of downtown and other ranch styles not updated but was ok for a short stay. reasonable price.

The house is exactly as described and pictured! Everything was great! The house was very clean, great location, the property manager was very responsive and accommodating, plenty of room and very comfortable, stocked with everything we needed. A friend and I wanted a girl's vacation and this was the perfect place to stay. The check in was easy as well as check out. The home was immaculate, and cozy. The beds were soo comfortable 💤 😊. Great place!

Super cute and clean place! Plenty of room for our family (two adults - two teen boys). Host left a book full of FAQs/recommendations about the property and the Bentonville area, which was super helpful. Conveniently located to the downtown square area, which was adorable and had tons of awesome restaurants and shops. Easy drive to Fayetteville, which we also visited while in town.
