“The location of the hotel is perfect and close to Berat castle. The hotel is beautiful with authentic Albanian architectural style preserved in the smallest details. The staff is very polite, friendly and professional. The breakfast was great and there are multiple restaurants and dining options nearby the hotel. Excellent service and staff and amazing traditional property. We highly recommend this hotel.”

“オーナーさんはとても優しかった。 朝食は美味しかった。 ホテルは旧市街の高所にあるため、部屋と朝ごはん会場からは街を一望できる綺麗な景色を見ることができた。 しかし高所にあるため、ホテルに辿り着くためには角度が急な階段をいくつか登らないいけない。そのため、重いスーツケースを持ってきた友達は登るのが大変そうだった。 部屋は清潔で快適であったが、トイレの流れが少し良くなかった。”

“It felt more like staying at a distant relative's house than a hotel. The place itself and the rooms were very clean and the host along with other workers were very helpful and kind. There was nice selection offered for breakfast and all the jams were homemade. Overall it was a great experience. The only thing that would've made it better if shampoo and conditioner was available in the showers. ”

“Vi havde et fremragende ophold her. Værterne er super søde og snakkesalige. Vores værelse var stort og rummeligt med en stor og en lille seng. Fint lille bad med masser af varmt vand. Lækre håndklæder. Der er et lille opholdsrum hvor der er kaffemaskine og man kan også sidde udenfor og nyde udsigten over byen. Biler kan IKKE køre op med bagage. Man skal selv bære det op og det tager 10-15 min i et roligt tempo. Det er dig det hele værd med udsigten, roen og guesthouset. Vi endte med at……

“Les chambres sont propres. L'hôtel est à côté d'un parking. Nous avons pu nous garer facilement en journée. Ce fut plus compliqué le soir. Notre chambre se trouvait au dernier étage. Ellene comprtait qu'un petit velux et etait peu accessible du fait de la hauteur sous plafond. J'ai été très déçue de la chambre compte tenu du prix que j'avais payé. D'autres voyageurs ont payebeaucoup moins. Ceci explique surement mon insatisfaction. Je n'ai pas payé le bon prix via hotel.com.”
