Nice modern hotel with bad service
"The hotel is big with lots of rooms but the rooms are arranged in a way that there are lots of corridors and it may be difficult to locate a room. Rooms are clean and stylish, with reasonable space in this expensive city. Room facilities are also good. However, staff if the reception is not helpful. ..."

"Friendly staff, fantastic breakfast. Only concern was room door locks… unique to Norway.. should be instructions in room on how to use… need to scan your card against lock when leaving… came back one day to fund my door wide open… Convenient location… would stay here again."
