“This is a perfect place to stay near downtown Denver. The hotel/apartment is clean and new. Very comfortable and quiet. We did have a little hiccup with the early check-in because the cleaners were still there at our check-in time, but the owner replied in a timely manner and refunded the early check-in fee. Neighborhood is safe and there are many restaurants, breweries and bakeries nearby. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We were so close to all the very best restaurants in Denver! The Tennyson neighborhood offers great options for coffee, lunch and dinner. The rental unit is quiet and very clean. The only issue was the TV in the living room needed to be reset with passwords and accounts, so we used the one in the bedroom and let the rental company know, not a big deal. We hope they got it fixed before the next renters. I highly recommend the bakery downstairs and the Mediterranean restaurant down the street,……
