“We had a good experience. The place was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the area had a lot of good places within walking distance. The only negatives were that I wish the host would put more detail in the listing. I would have liked to know in advance what all was provided (laundry detergent, coffee, etc). Communication with the host was also hit and Miss. sometimes responses were fast and other times I had to wait a while to hear back. Overall I had a good experience but I would have liked……

“It was easy checking in and checking out. Neighborhood is safe! There are plenty of things you can take a quick walk to. It was really close to everything. Definitely hope to stay again in November. ”

“The room was fine although the description of "Modern" is not entirely accurate. It was clean, comfortable and supplied with necessities. The bed was comfortable. A bit larger would be nice though. Perhaps a table lamp would be an improvement as well. The relatively close location to downtown was definitely a plus. The appearance of the building and parking lot leaves a lot to be desired. This rental is not for everyone but served our purposes. Green Dot Stables restaurant across the street was……

“I can't begin to express how much we enjoyed our stay. Pictures dont due this property justice. The best place Ive stayed at in years. They had everything in house we couldve ever wanted. The staff worked with us for our numerous flight delayes. Would 10/10 recommend this property!!!! I can't wait to go back. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Det.”
