“We had a good experience. The place was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the area had a lot of good places within walking distance. The only negatives were that I wish the host would put more detail in the listing. I would have liked to know in advance what all was provided (laundry detergent, coffee, etc). “The apartment has been fully renovated and modernized. Excellent lighting, new appliances, new toilet, very recently remodeled bathroom and shower. The bed was very comfortable. All the rooms were arranged beautifully. The host was very responsive to my questions; he even named a few restaurants when I asked for recommendations. “The room was fine although the description of "Modern" is not entirely accurate. It was clean, comfortable and supplied with necessities. The bed was comfortable. A bit larger would be nice though. Perhaps a table lamp would be an improvement as well. The relatively close location to downtown was definitely a plus. The appearance of the building and parking lot leaves a lot to be desired. This rental is not for everyone but served our purposes. Green Dot Stables restaurant across the street was……
