“This apartment was GREAT! Jon's place was beautiful and clean. There were already some spices there to use. It would have been nice to have some condiment packets to use but wasn't an issue. Loved the exposed brick in the apartment and inside the building.It was easy to navigate the area. We were in town for Tigers game. Getting to and from Comerica was super easy and quick! Don't be concerned when you view the apartment area on a map. I wasn't sure what to expect. Its an old industrial area……

“Stayed here with my hubs and 4 kids (8, 10, 15 and 17) on our road trip from PA to Michigan. The apartment is perfect. Great restaurants close by and park across the street. Had a minor issue with the washer/dryer combo as it wouldn't dry our clothes but they said they would be looking into it. Great communication - would stay here again! ”

“The room was fine although the description of "Modern" is not entirely accurate. It was clean, comfortable and supplied with necessities. The bed was comfortable. A bit larger would be nice though. Perhaps a table lamp would be an improvement as well. The relatively close location to downtown was definitely a plus. The appearance of the building and parking lot leaves a lot to be desired. This rental is not for everyone but served our purposes. Green Dot Stables restaurant across the street was……

“What a gem of a find in downtown Detroit! Great location in a beautiful historic home with proximity to so many things. The unit was as described. Clean, modern and safe with lots of character. Donavan went above and beyond as a host. Highly recommended. ”

“This is a great spot that is far away enough from down town Ann Arbor to be quieter but close enough to be just a few minutes away from anything you'd need. It is thoughtfully stocked, spacious and clean. The washer/dryer make it easy to pack light. The beds are comfortable. This is a great spot for anyone looking to visit Ann Arbor.”

“Charming and quirky apartment in a neighborhood that stays lively late into the night. This apartment is so cute and had everything we needed (plus snacks!). The host was terrific! The neighborhood is busy much of the night with revelers - and during the day provides access to shops and restaurants and an amazing coffee shop and bakery (and a Saturday farmers market). I am glad we stayed there!”
