“It was such a pleasure to stay at Willow Ridge for a couple of nights. Lisa's communication before the stay was really helpful with getting me checked in. A very friendly lady who checked that I had everything I needed.
I stayed in the King room, which was beautiful decorated, with a balcony window to look at outside and the most comfortable bed (I liked the Peacock duvet set).
I fully recommend anyone to stay here. You won't regret it.”

“The apartment is beautifully decorated and of a high standard. The location was perfect for us - lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well as attractions. Bud and train station are also convenient although we didn’t use them. Paid parking lot is right across the street. Overall we loved it here !”

“This flat had some things a business client would need in a self contained property, but the kitchen lacked some essentialslike and chopping board etc. However, post covid, i was surprised to see the unnecessary decorative items still laying about that others can touch etc. The property has some wear and tear issues that should be addressed, but nothing to stop you from staying here.”

“We booked a 5 night stay at The Milk House, as it was an ideal location to meet up with our grown up children living in Bristol and Tidworth. The location was easy to find, and in such a lovely, peaceful village - we relaxed immediately. We had a small problem on arrival (not the hosts' fault) but Becca went above and beyond to fix the issue and it did not impact our stay at all. “We stayed five nights in the apartment. The standout feature of the property is its central location. Nearly the whole of the city center is within an easy 1/2 mile walk. We had driven to Bath assuming that a car would be necessary. Street parking in the neighborhood is virtually impossible, but a large car park is less than five minutes walk if you don't mind a 19 pound overnight charge. We turned-in our rental car on our second day in town and relied on walking or Bath's very good Uber……

“Place is advertised for 8 people and it cannot simply accommodate such number. There are two bedrooms with double beds and two fold out beds in the living room, of which one is broken and cannot be used as a bed.
Many things in the property require fixing, my wife got locked in the bathroom as the door handle came out when she was inside (it was later fixed during our stay). When landlord was made aware the answer was, thanks for letting me know.
