“I rented the property in Frostburg for myself and family, six adults total, over the Memorial Day weekend, to attend the Delfest Bluegrass Festival in Cumberland, about 10 miles away. Communication with the owner was average for a VRBO rental. I understand that emails are best for keeping a record, but many times it is just much easier to have direct communication.
