“Clean, bright, and comfortable. There are multiple walking trails within walking distance. Cute community. I’m sound-sensitive, so I always try to book top floors to avoid upstairs noise, which worked perfectly. ”

“I am actually a local a few towns over and needed a weekend getaway and decide to try skiing. This condo was super cute and the perfect size. It had everything you needed and more. My suggestion to anyone staying is to explore the property when you arrive so you know where everything is at. I am horrible with directions and couldn’t find the pool. I met up with friends in Altoona the next town over for food and shopping and even venture down to the clubhouse for drinks. This owner even……

“Spent the weekend visiting family. Enjoyed staying in downtown Windber and walking to our favorite bars and restaurants. Property was in a perfect location on Somerset Ave. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We look forward to booking again in the future.”

“The Yellow house was very nice the rooms we neat and clean they were supplied with a good variety of kitchen ware. Just needed some large bowls for salads or mixing up pancakes. The bathroom was large and the washer and dryer was great. The only issue was parking but we found a spot a block up from it and the neighbors were helpful getting our vehicle out of the snow.Thanks again for the home away from home.”

It’s close to Bedford’s historic downtown but far enough away to feel very private even though it’s atop a fantastic farm to table restaurant. I plan to return since Bedford is the perfect weekend getaway for me.”
