“Great studio, worked well for our stay to attend Yale Commencement. The location is convenient to campus with multiple close dining options. Well appointed space with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. There are shared laundry and kitchen areas….be mindful of that if you’re planning to cook meals, there is no kitchen in the unit but it does have an under counter refrigerator and a small sink.We would recommend a stay here, it’s very convenient and comfortable!”

“We were in the area for a wedding and found this gem of a listing on VRBO! It suited us perfectly for two nights. The apartment is absolutely charming, spotless, and very well-equipped. “Our stay at Karl's was great. The space was perfect for relaxing, and having our family stop by. The bed was very comfortable! There were a few restaurants in walking distance. Karl was in touch as needed when we had questions leading up to our stay.”

“Chic loft in downtown New Haven. It is a city apartment so there is a fair bit of normal city noise. If parking I'd recommend getting New Haven's app and using street parking. No elaborate cleaning procedure at check out was nice. Great communication. Thanks!”
