“Overall the stay was good. The house does the job. The bathrooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable. The living room is fairly narrow which made it kind of difficult to watch a movie. However, if you struggle with narrow stairwells be aware. We also had issues with ants in the kitchen and at the outside porch. The neighbors were a little unkind about parking when we first arrived. Be aware of them possibly coming outside right when you arrive. The cleaning lady was very kind and easy to……

“Everything was near perfect on the property, only bad thing is the dock was not installed. I had to launch my boat every day. The host did give me a discount, but i could only give a good 4 not an excelent 5 rating.”

“The house was exactly as described. We were too early to experience many blooming flowers, but it must be tremendous in the Summer. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood, easy check in. The only negative point would be the hot tub needed cleaning, but we weren't planning on using it. Hope to visit again”

We played countless games of ping pong and pool. Grandpa and the kids enjoyed going out fishing and even caught two bass. Mornings on the deck with a cup of coffee were so peaceful. “We stayed semi-local for Spring Break this year, bumming around Oshkosh/Appleton area. This house was perfect for our family - 3 kids plus our Journey dog. The house is very spacious - rooms, beds and TVs enough for everyone to have their own space. The two living areas were great for family shows and game nights. The house is as pictured and was clean upon arrival. Nicely furnished and equipped with towels, starter paper products, detergents/cleaners, etc. Family enjoyed our time here -……

“Wanted to revisit this area for our anniversary and do some fishing also. The place was very clean and comfortable and tucked in the woods. Enjoyed the neighbors, wildlife and the lake being right there.”

“This was a really fun, historic location. Communication with the host was excellent. I accidentally locked myself out of the house and they came to our rescue immediately. I also need to mention the number of towels! Haha We have traveled extensively and have never had so many towels avaliable. Sounds like a small thing, but it was really nice to have so many. The nearby water was beautiful and the neighborhood is very friendly. ”

“The stay was great. Directions to the unit was very good, no problems getting key. Tina checked on us to see if everything was fine. She even brought us up some fresh baked cookies(which by the way was delicious). The view of pioneer peak was awesome. Bed was very comfortable and had the softest towels I have ever seen in a vrbo or hotel. The unit appliances all worked great. The inside of unit was nicely decorated. “Beautiful location! Super friendly and helpful hosts. Very responsive even came out to fix the hot tub for us! Loved the house and all the games and activities. Really loved the sitting area out by the fire. Only tiny negative is the basement floor must not be level (just how old houses are) cause rhe pool table isn't level. A tiny thing when you have all the other pluses!!! Would definitely stay here again! We loved that they had an old school Nintendo game for us to play!!! So much……
