“This is a great place, but there’s a couple of things you need to know before renting.First, if you can’t tell from the pictures, only the bedroom and bathroom are enclosed, the kitchen is completely open – no screens. That means bugs – it's Costa Rica after all. No mosquitoes, but beetles, flies, little flying things, and the occasional millipede. You can reduce the insects by not turning on the outside lights at night (finish eating before dark) and cleaning up dishes etc. immediately after……

“I'm so happy that we found this place. This will be a spot we always return to for our family visits to Costa Rica. It's perfectly located near some of the BEST BEACHES and SURF spots in the world! We had SO much fun. How many places have their very own Private Waterfall, fresh Fruit Trees, sky view swimming pool, and top notch security. “Had a nice spot to stay that way only 5 mins from the festival. It was good accomodations for one or two guests to stay. The only thing is the room was in the back area so when I arrived at night there was no lighting to find it when I first arrived and also the shower didn't have hot water which I got use to since it was really hot outside during the day. Other than that it was the perfect location and host for my experience out in Costa Rica and I appreciate the accommodations I received.……
