“We rented the property for our O40 soccer team for a tourney in Winston. It had plenty of room for the crew with lots of beds. The location was good with a nice wooded backyard. The house was fine, but could use some updating and probably a bit more seating options in the living room and king suite upstairs. Also, sponges or scrubbies in the kitchen would have been nice. All in all, though, it served the purpose and was a great house for our needs. Juan was really responsive and a great host.”

“Overall we had no issues, we didn’t realize it was an attached residence but that may be my error. It was a bit hard to find late at night. We also didn’t expect there to be as much emergency vehicle/traffic noise. The location is next to a busy road and the fire dept is a short distance away. We would stay again it’s a good location in terms of distance to where we needed to be. ”

“This is house is amazing, it was perfect. Initially, it was supposed to be for just four ladies we ended up growing to eight ladies. This house was ample space and had everything we needed. The host Lina was responsive and quite accommodating when an early arrival was needed. I meet up with my friends annually in this area, we will definitely book this property again. It has all the comforts of home. ”

The music playing when we entered was a nice touch and my son enjoyed the record player then whole weekend! “We needed a place to stay close to a wedding venue. It was a great location for that. Neighborhood is nice. Home was clean upon arrival. The house worked well for our group as far as sleeping, bathing & seating in living room area. Beds were comfortable & bath towels/cloths were plenty. Backyard is quite large with a very small patio. This was not a planned trip as we were there for our son's funeral and we decided to rent a house as we were driving across the country to get to North Carolina. “We came together at Winston Salem since our daughter is attending g a local college there. Cole was wonderful with communicating with us and quick to reply with any questions we had. My aunt forgot several things at the house and he even went out of his way to ship them back home to her. The house is beautiful and stocked with comforts of home. They allowed us to have our two dogs with us so we truly felt like the whole family was all together. The only real downfall was that we didn’t realize……
