“Stayed just two nights over Easter weekend with our kids and grandkids. We sll did a zip-line course on Saturday and a picnic/Easter egg hunt on Hollywood Cemetary on Sunday.The place was perfect for us. Well-equipped kitchen, well decorated, very comfortable beds. “This apartment was perfect for my family and I, including our 8 month old and a pup! It’s in one of my favorite Richmond neighborhoods walkable to great restaurants, bakeries, shops, and Bryant park which has a fantastic farmers market on Saturdays year round! The host was incredibly accommodating and helpful and the apartment was clean and cozy. Definitely recommend! ”

“ Overall good stay, we cooked our Thanksgiving dinner at the location. We had sufficient items and utensils to work with. Small problems are front door exterior light on porch not working. Also shower water does not get hot enough. Water from facet will scald but the showers are not adjusted to provide adequate hotwater. The neighborhood is less than desirable but tolerable for those that live in an ethnicly diverse environment. I was ok with this because I live in an ethnicly diverse……

“The River House at Claremont was one of the best properties we have ever stayed in. I am a huge Gone With the Wind fan and this property brought you back to the South prior to the Civil War all we needed were ball gowns to make it really authentic. The house was well appointed with the necessaries (toilet paper, tissues, and toiltetries). In addition the kitchen pantry had salt, pepper, flour and other staples. The interior of the house is amazing with much of the furniture handmade by the owner……

“We were in town for a sporting event and it was perfect for our family of 4 which was more affordable than a hotel with more space for one night. The unit has a lot of charm and we found a great roastery for coffee along with brunch nearby. ”
