“This apartment is a walkout basement of the owner’s house, but it doesn’t feel like basement. It’s new, bright and warm. The owner is friendly. The place is spotless and well-decorated . It has very good lighting. The kitchen has no oven but there’s BBQ burner outdoor so we made a delicious firewood pizza. The kitchen and bathroom have everything we need. The waterfront view is amazing. The tidal water is shallow. It’s great for swimming kayaks and bird watching. We didn’t use the outside……

“It’s was lovely! A very special and beautiful property! Wonderful to be able to walk to dinner and shops. “The stay was fine and the host a nice enough guy. However, just to lay out some facts: - The primary picture of the shed was taken before the units 1 and 2 were hung on the outside. The unit is half of that and you share a wall with another guest where you can hear everything they say or do. - The shed is about 50 yards from the primary house and about 50 feet from another structure that is an active construction site. - In order to turn on the AC, you have to stand on an old fold out wooden……
