“We visited Blue Hill and Acadia with two families. We needed a place that was suitable for six kids and four adults. This place was far better than we could have even imagined. It was a clean and historical property that has been thoughtfully renovated. The grassy area in the front is perfect for yard games and relaxation. The owners were extremely thoughtful and considerate. They even prepared a fire and welcomed us with s'mores supplies and other local treats. We will be returning! ”

“We were two families, gathered for our son and daughter's wedding nearby, so it was great to have space to spread out and a nice big dining room and table for meals. The owner was ultra-responsive to needs and requests. ”

The farmhouse was perfect, the instructions with check-in were spot on, and the house is idiotic.I had dinner at Fern and Finn and came back and settled into the house with my book and a glass of wine. Just what I needed.”

“The house was nice and the owner was great to deal with, she provided a lot of local knowledge on things to do. I will say that it is on a surprisingly busy road. But the horses were great and the family loved to give them apple slices and carrots. Overall I would recommend it to anyone looking for something like this. Also it’s not too far from Bar Harbor and Arcadia.”
