“Great hotel. Building is 1919 and renovated approx a year ago. Rooms are small studios (bath and shower separate from the sink which is in the studio) Hotel has a renovated factory warehouse feel--although this building was a social club. Exposed brick, hardwood floors etc. Really nice stay. Tons of free parking and cool restaurants all within walking.”

“Great stay! Location was perfect for our trip to Iowa for a Hawkeye football game. Very Clean place. Nice to have kitchen and living room space. Nicely decorated with phone chargers in bedrooms. Ahamed was a fantastic host. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“Had to book another because there were not only communication issues with property management, but payment issues on their end. I cancelled the booking, but it still was showing I was staying when I was not. So can't say how it really is”
