“This place is a hidden gem. A few minutes walk to the Smith River, so close that you can hear it from the porch. Jedediah is a close drive and absolutely incredible. The home itself was perfect for us and our dog. It had everything we could possibly need and the attention to detail in the decor shows the owner knows what they’re doing. We will definitely recommend and hope to be back in the summer.”

“I am so happy I found this cute place! It kinda reminded me of a tiny house (cabin) but still, plenty of space for the two of us. We couldn't get enough of the view, right on the ocean, just amazing. The hot tub was fabulous! To be able to sit in a hot tub, while watching the sun go down AND watch the ocean/waves at the same time was unbeatable. Check In/Out was super easy/quick. Great little place a short walk from an easily-accessed beach that was never crowded and great for dog-walking. Hot tub was a nice addition. Main bedroom was comfortable and the upstairs bedroom was nice for our son.Food can be found about 5-10 minutes in either direction, possibly closer. There's a nice town about ten minutes north, into Oregon, that has a fine selection of restaurants……

“Just my mom and I used this home at the beginning of August. We both love this home. It’s perfect for two people. Or if you’re a couple with a child, this works out really well. Bring a fan because the house doesn’t have a fan if you need some air circulation, otherwise we’ll be back here again next August. Great location. Close to restaurants and the private festival. Quiet here. Great view of the river and ocean. Just love this place. ”

“Easy check in process, residence is upstairs above main house. The apartment is beautiful and decorated in a cottage comfortable feeling. Quality appliances and a truly comfortable bed.This was a wonderful, quiet rental that I would highly recommend.Only downside may be the access road to the property was bumpy and rough. And there are chickens and roosters so be aware of bringing a pet.”
