“Beautiful location only downfall was the water pressure very low and standup shower limited space to place soaps and shampoo and there is no lights in the shower so it’s dark but yes I would def book again and just the view alone is 5 star plus! ”

“My wife, adult son, and I stayed here with our 45 lb dog. The check in was very smooth once we figured out the correct driveway. The parking area was fine.The place was spacious with 2 good size bedrooms, a nice kitchen, dining area, and living space with TV (which we did not use). The hosts have stocked the place well as they have coffee (regular and decaf), lots of linens, and even laundry detergent! The beds were comfortable. House is close to the neighbors but the area was very quiet……

“This is a unique property: a view from the porch of Oarweed Cove, the Marginal Way and the Atlantic Ocean; from the driveway you are steps from Perkins Cove’s shops, restaurants and harbor. We enjoyed our stay, especially the ocean views and sounds.”

“We had a nice time here! The beds were nice, it was great to have 2 bathrooms, the view was gorgeous, and the pools were amazing. We had plenty of space for cooking, eating, and hanging out. ”

“This place was one of the cleanest places we have stayed at. We loved the facilities too. Couple cons for our family was that there was only one parking spot available…we had to switch out cars for a couple do days and only one bedroom for all four of us. Our kids didn’t end up bringing their friends. It would be tight for 6 people. I would recommend staying here though. We are looking into another property at the Holiday House for next year’s trip…but if that falls through we will try to rebook……

“The condo was perfect for our family of four. Even as a one bedroom, we had plenty of space. Walking distance to the beach was great and didn’t need to worry about parking. We could stop for a midday break and go back out. Everything was very clean and well maintained.”

“Check-in couldn’t have been smoother. The unit was available early and the host let us know. Self check-in with a key pad is very convenient. The place was sparkling clean, plenty of towels and comfortable beds. Kitchen was adequately stocked for light meal and snack prep but not for cooking large meals indoors. A nice grill is available outside. The host’s communication was very good and responsive. ”
