“You can find very kind counter staff here. I booked the Hotel because Hotel.com recommended it. After I stayed in the Hotel, I know why it is highly evaluated. Its room is clean with post-modern style. Even more, we were served with wonderful breakfast. Although it is a little far from city center, its price is totally worthy. ”

“The Baumhaus appartment was fantastic. The elegant entrance hallway leads you to the airy garden with the amazing tree. Our room, Emmerico, was on the top floor and had a fabulous balcony overlooking the garden and the city. The room was airy, well lit, plenty of space and very clean with a comfortable bed and seating. The little kitchen was perfect for a city break. We had a late check in, after normal working hours, and the instructions with pictures and videos on how to enter the building was……

“The hotel is in good condition. The breakfast/dining area is nicely organized as well. The room is a bit on the smaller side though so we are lucky we packed light. The kettle was quite tiny, I mean it looks cute for sure but could be bigger. The breakfast was so-so. While breakfast starts from 7:30 to 10:30am on weekdays and 7:30 to 11:30am on weekends, we were surprised that the warm breakfast items already ran out around 9am and the supposedly warm food was cold at times. The best item was……

“Beautiful hotel in a great area. The room was large, clean and very well appointed. Tons of cute wine bars and restaurants in the area and the breakfast at the hotel was delicious.”

“My stay at Porto Palácio Hotel was truly exceptional. The service was warm and professional, the room elegant and comfortable, and the views from the rooftop bar were unforgettable. I especially appreciated the relaxing sauna steam room and jacuzzi and the hotel’s perfect balance of luxury and convenience. The breakfast buffet was amazing, it has everything you need and staff on hand were extremely friendly and accommodating. A beautiful experience I’d happily repeat.”

“Really liked this hotel and would definitely return. It’s a fairly new hotel about 10 mins away from Porto Downtown area. Beautiful room and staff very friendly. My only concern is that the waiting staff in the restaurant do not speak very good English. First morning our coffees did not arrive. Second morning my omelette did not arrive and bacon, sausage, Frittata were cold due to sitting around for too long. Whilst each time an apology was made I do believe this service can be made much better……
