“I rented this cottage to bring my mom up to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. This was the perfect cottage for the weekend. Everything is beautiful and upscale and just so cute!! We loved the view of the stadium and loved being so close to my daughter’s sorority house that we could walk. This would be the perfect location for game day for sure!”

“This house is very beautiful right on the lake with big windows to take in the view even on the bad weather days. This is probably one of the best equipped houses we have stayed at. Only watchout is for little kids and elderly the stairs are very steep and shallow. We will stay here again in the future. We loved it. ”

“Property was exactly as described with the ammenities anyone would need for a comfortable stay. The area is nice and quiet and the front porch is a bonus. Our host was quick to respond with questions I had and she was so helpful. ”

“This is a cute, little cottage close to downtown Rogers. At the time of our stay, the house did need some maintenance. The owner did tell us they waiting for contractors to address a few issues that we noticed. This part of town has an old/historic feel to it. If you like the downtown square, then you will like this area. The only downside to the location are a busy gas station across the street, and a very busy railroad track as well. “This is a nice set up for family and/or friends. They did a nice job on the remodel. An early check-in and leisurely checkout was offered and the host was quick to respond to any questions. It’s nestled at the end of the street, so lots of privacy and very quiet. Would stay here again!”

“Let’s start by saying that it’s a nice place. Recently remodeled little farm house on the edge of Belle Vista. But that is about where it stops. When you turn on the tap water, be prepared for a very strong odor of sulphur/crude. It’s awful. I noticed in our “welcome” email it said it had been remedied. It has not. It’s bad enough that when you shower, it smells up the entire house. The odor does not linger on your person but the water isn’t tolerable to drink. Use the britta pitcher in the……

“We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Chalet. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked. Anything you could possibly need is there for your use. The linens were great, too. We enjoyed a fire in the firepit one night. I wanted to try out the kayaks but it was a little too chilly. I had the opportunity to chat with the owner and she was so accommodating and nice to work with! Definitely recommend staying here!”

“Wonderful property, unfortunately the weather hindered our stay quite a bit as the roads to get there are very treacherous in the snow,. That said, the property was wonderful and the property neighbors were wonderfully friendly in helping us get situated on the property. Would absolutely stay here again in the summer months ”

“We only stayed one night here on our journey North. I wish we could have stayed longer. This cabin was a treat to stay in. The setting is private and peaceful. The cabin is very comfortable, very clean and well equipped. I hope we get a chance to go back and stay longer next time. ”

“To start off. One of the reviews had me think a bit. But all the others were great so I knew this was someone that’s not a lake person for sure. The house was perfect. Very very clean. My wife and I and 3 boys 20 years old. My other son and his wife here just for the day on the lake. We stayed 2 nights. The boys absolutely loved the monopoly game till like 4 in the morning. The lake cove was just awesome. The pontoon boat swim deck was the bomb. 15 feet deep right off the back of the deck. Water……
