“We had a family of four stay. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather together and also have space to separate. The neighborhood was quiet and centrally located to everything we were interested in doing. The kitchen was stocked with cookware if you plan to cook. We loved the coffee bar! The beds are firm. “We loved this Beaver Lake in Eureka Springs loft. It had everything we needed and more. The host was accommodating and quick to reply. It’s a perfect location if you’re wanting to enjoy the lake, and I mean PERFECT. This home is beautiful, cozy, the sunsets were the cherry on top. We are definitely planning to return!”

“Super cute house. Amenities you wouldn't even think about. Very thoughtful. Many different areas to sit outside to enjoy the outdoors and watch the deer and wildlife. We even got to see an armadillo up close. We all sleeped so good. The beds feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. Everything in the house was great. We really didnt have a complaint about anything. We had a dodge dually, a motorcycle and a dodge ram rebel. The driveway is a little tricky. But i think every driveway is tricky down……

“The property was huge and had immediate lake access to fish with the ramp not too far from the residence. It was perfect for our family and our friends to be able to relax and fellowship and still close to town to be able to grab what we needed. Great stay”

“We just returned from 4 nights at this property. It was very relaxing, quiet and peaceful. The master suite is very nicely appointed and spacious. The other bedroom has a larger bed for two people, and then a daybed as well as a pullout trundle. Our 4 kids slept fine together in that room, including 2 teenagers. You can directly access the lake from the property. There are two locations, the one on the left (as you're looking at the lake) is easier to walk down than the other, but neither is……

“This property was incredible. We abolutely loved the beach front and the amount of space we could use for all of the families.Our kids remained entertained the entire time with the big yard and the lake. The decore and the setup of the house is great as well. We will definitley be back and also recommend this rental to other people.”

“My husband and I had a wonderful weekend away. The property is beautiful, the views are stunning and it was so quiet and peaceful on the lake. We brought kayaks and were able to get right out on the lake from the shore. We made our meals and ate outside for every one of them. We will definitely be returning. The communication with cohova was excellent, any questions I had, I just texted and they answered immediately. ”
