“Our stay was nothing short of amazing! The home was beautiful and well kept! We may never have to look for another beach house again. The host was extremely accommodating and kind! Aside from being gorgeous the home was right on the beach! 10/10!!!”

“We loved the location and the house in general. The only negative was some of the stale air and salt from the ocean, but what do you expect? We got used to it and it was fine. We definitely liked the close proximity to the ocean, which allowed for beach time at a moment’s notice. The outside decks were great and provided a nice cool ocean breeze. We are very happy with our rental and would do it again if we come back. ”

“Enjoyed our stay. Having your own pool with beach access is great. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We rented the golf cart and would definitely recommend it. ”

“We had an amazing stay in New Smyrna Beach. The house was perfect and had most of the needed items to make our stay enjoyable. The location was great being right across the street from the beach ramp. It was nice having a pool to hang out in after a nice beach day! ”

The house had everything that we needed, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, floaties for the pool, and an abundance of sundry items (toilet paper, soaps, garbage bags etc.). “Eveything was as advertised. The beach was right actross the street...easy access. Plenty of beach equipment was provided - chairs, boards, towels, bikes, etc. House was clean and comfortable with plenty of plates, bowls, utensils, etc. Lots of space. We planned on 6 adults, but only ended up with 4. Plenty of real beds and we would have had room for the extra 2 adults. Easy to communicate with the owner. Since there was no one chexking in on our last day, she let us stay past the check out……

“Our family of 12 enjoyed all the amenities this property offered. The house and in-law suite were clean and welcoming. We especially loved the pool, spa, and outdoor area for night swims. The beach was a quick walk and we appreciated the beach cart to transport our beach gear. Great family weekend!”
