“Awesome beach house. Just at description says - EXTREMELY convenient access to the beach where we spent most of our time. The accommodations were perfect for our family of 2 adult children and their families. Loved the main floor common area where we could all watch movies and played games at the large table. “We traveled with our grown children, their spouses, and our grandchildren. This home is stocked with everything you need from beach towels, wagon and a beach canopy to a kitchen complete with an extra ice maker for beach cooler fill ups! We opted to heat the pool for our stay and were not disappointed. The short walk to the beach was a breeze, making trips back and forth super easy. Extremely clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated!”

The only negatives are the stairs to the second level are narrow and small and the bathrooms downstairs and very small. “We had a good size group of friends staying at the place and it fit us all easily and comfortably. The house is right on the beach but the walkway had been washed out from the hurricane. They were working on construction while we were there so it should be done soon. There is plenty to do around the house with either a quick ride or a long walk.The salty dog company was super kind and quick to respond with any help that we needed.”

We had a second floor unit in the sea villas buildings, the property itself was well-maintained, beautifully landscaped, felt private and safe, and family friendly.
