“原本打算住喺瑞士，但發覺這間德國酒店距離瑞士只有15分鐘車程，價錢又非常合理還包括早餐，早餐非常豐富，比起我在巴黎五星級酒店還好。房間亦非常闊落，如果揸車絕對值得推薦。”

“Excellent location, clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable and room was much larger than we anticipated. Bettina checked us in and she was delightful. We left luggage at desk a few hours before check-in, and it was taken to our rooms before we returned. The hot beverages and croissants were also a pleasant surprise. ”

“早餐非常好，如五星飯店。其他只有三星水準，太小，加上行李就太擠。房間只有床，被子，枕頭。其他都沒有。浴室也有冷水熱水。別指望太多，這是火車站最近的酒店。”

“Établissement très bien situé, pas trop éloigné du centre historique de Bâle (1/2 heure à pieds). Le tramway passe à quelques dizaines de mètres et permet de rejoindre le centre rapidement. Le ticket était inclus dans notre réservation. L'environnement de l'hôtel (dans un nœud routier et ferroviaire) est compensé par une isolation phonique très efficace. Il est mossible de louer une place de parking pour 20 CHF la nuit.”

“Ich war beruflich unterwegs und habe mich in diesem Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt. Das moderne, stilvolle Ambiente hat mich sofort begeistert. Ästhetisch, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und dennoch angenehm zurückhaltend. Alles war makellos sauber, durchdacht gestaltet und strahlte eine besondere Ruhe aus. Ein großes Lob geht auch an das gesamte Team: Alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und zuvorkommend, man fühlt sich hier nicht einfach als Gast, sondern……

“The room is spacious. Hotel reception puts us in a room far from the pub, which is quiet and comfortable. No air conditioning but I feel ok in June if the windows are open with the fan on. The only improvement is that the room should have a kettle for guests to make hot water. We have to go to the pub and ask for hot water every day, which is not convenient (also I think it may cause inconvenient to the pub owner too)”

“Thanks to the receptionist Samuel for his excellent service and recommendations for local dining restaurants. All the staff in the hotel was friendly and helpful with personal warmth. The hotel itself is at great location, clean room, and free minibar provided. We had a wonderful experience staying in Marthof Hotel and will definitely stay here again next time when we come back. ”

“When we checked into the room, the TV didn't work, nor did the telephone. We went to the reception and they gave us another room right away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and they were very timely in bringing us to the airport for our 6 AM flight via the free shuttle. I would highly recommend this hotel.”
