It’s the last property on Pensacola Beach with the touristy stuff to the east and Fort Pickens on the west. “The unit is exactly as described and pictured. The location is fantastic in the heart of downtown. Communication with the management staff was excellent. They were prompt and very kind. I didn’t love having to download an app for entry (would have preferred just entering a code) but that’s a minor inconvenience. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. This is a great spot and I highly recommend. ”

“We stayed here for a girls weekend & greatly enjoyed everything. Our communication with the property owner was wonderful. She allowed us to check-in early. This was greatly appreciated as we drove all night to get to the location. The condo had everything we needed, including a wonderful balcony to sit on, chair, comfy beds, coffee, towels & umbrellas for the beach.We would definitely stay here again”

“The condo was easy to access and a great location to relax for a few days. Everything was clean and prepared for us on arrival. Communication with the mgmt. company was very good both before, during our stay and upon check out. The kitchen appliances could use a little update, but all were used without problem. “Nice condo for one person or a couple. Everything you need in the kitchen. Great location on Perdido Key. Uncrowded beaches, close to Pensacola, and the Florabama lounge. BUT, the photos of the balcony are deceptive and mkae it look like you have a private balcony. Instead you step out the back door onto a common breezewy connecting 4 rooms to the pool area, Yes there is a chair out there but it is not private.”

“it is a nice condo except several things needed to improve…. The icemaker is broken and no ice cube trays are provided . Very thin sheeting and very thin blanket on the bed….. nowhere is there any additional blankets that can be used on the bed - eventually stole a thin blanket off of the twin bed . Good parking lot, easy to manage door lock. Nice access to the beach. No drinking glasses were provided except juice size. No spices, salt.pepper in condo so be prepared to bring some. ……
